Ideal location to explore Dubrovnik

Fantastic location, spacious rooms that were so clean and comfortable bed. Sanja is an incredible host, lots of great restaurants and bars in the area too

Unfortunately the construction at the moment is not ideal, I feel sorry for Sanja and other proprietors in the area, thankfully as we were there on a Saturday and Sunday we weren’t bothered too much with noise

Amazing room, clean, perfect location, and Zeljko was a great host. Would absolutely go back.

During our stay the front marina road was a construction site that you had to walk through, however this didn’t detract from the stay and isn’t permanent.

Lovely little hotel in a nice suburb of Dubrovnik - would recommend!

The host was lovely and so accommodating to our room request and early check in! The view of the port was lovely especially with our room being on the top floor. The pool is quiet and peaceful - always enough sun beds free. The rooms were modern, big, bright, airy and clean. The hotel is in a good location - close enough to be able to explore the old town on foot or by a bus ride but also with the peace and quiet of being that bit further out. Shops close by - around a 5 minute walk and the Lapad beach area about a 10 minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants if you don’t fancy going into the old town each night.

Only downside was there was construction going on in the port during our stay which was a bit of an eyesore and slightly inconvenient with the noise but we were either at the pool or out at a beach during the day so didn’t bother us too much!

Loved this place.

Beautifully designed room, simple and elegant and extremely comfortable. Location is perfect, right on the harbour and only a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants, and 20 min taxi to the Old Town. Owners are lovely and welcoming.

Excellent if you ate Ok with staying in Lapad, some forty minutes walk from the old town.

Very well-balanced traditional architecture and modern design, understated yet stylish—clean, quiet, luxury of the basics.

Nothing to do with the property yet the big construction aite on the harbour front around the property really did not add to my stay.

Bova luxury apartments

The room was lovely and as described.Everything was clean and cleaned daily. Our Host was very friendly and helpul . There was a pool which was available for guests next door and also restuarant next door if you wanted breakfast.Situation was chosen ideally as could walk both ways for sites .

We were not informed by booking.com that there is major construction going on outside the apartment all along promenade which obviously spoiled the view which is reason i chose this accomodation.it made walkway very dirty muddy and you had to walk along side the water edge on rough ground to go to get bus. Dangerous and not good when you are dressed to go out..plenty of photos to show..workmen had put sign up to inform pedestrians only passing your own responsibility ...this was only road to get to that end of promenade.you had to walk past diggers loading lorries with mud and stones and water running out and splashing everywhere so made path dangerous and muddy

Great location for us, you can walk/bus/Uber to the old city, and this place is near the beach too, right in middle of both if you feel like doing beach and city on your trip to Dubrovnik. Spotlessly clean, comfortable spacious room. Pool /pool area is fantastic. Tea, coffee, TV etc in room, pool towels supplied also. Owner very nice and accommodating. Recommended restaurants nearby (we went to Peppers, it was one of the best meals we have had in Croatia and it is right next door!) Thank you for a lovely stay in Dubrovnik!

Amazing stay would highly recommend.

The host was very friendly. Would highly recommend this stay, great location and the view from the rooms onto the harbour is amazing. The rooms themselves are very nice and clean I wasn't expecting such a nice stay for the price we paid.

Very clean and comfortable bed. lovely host. having a pool was great. Quite area, with restaurant options really close by

Not sure about the location, it is on a port and we did find on the last day a new rooftop pool bar in the pier, but not a very lively place. The tea coffee making facilities were underwhelming. quite a distance to get to old town.
